As a wedding officiant for over 10 years, and having been a wedding coordinator multiple times, I have noticed one reliable element that can make or break your wedding experience… BEING PREPARED. My dad calls it the “5 P’s:” PROPER PLANNING PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE… a concept that I have grown to appreciate in all areas of life. When it comes to preparing for your wedding, having a box with the following items will set you and your crew up to win, and will save you from running around like crazies on your big day.

  • Plastic boxes with closing lids (extras for packing things up at the end of the night)

  • Empty cardboard boxes for schlepping later in the evening

  • Trash bags
